After-sales support

Our after-sales service is built around keeping your vehicles running. All of our engineers are fully trained, regularly updated on new tail lift models, and qualified to carry out Statutory Thorough Examinations across all makes.

We operate fully equipped mobile workshops providing 24/365 breakdown cover across Northern Ireland. Where possible, repairs are completed at the roadside. We carry parts for several manufacturers to maximise first-visit fix rates and minimise downtime.

Work can also be carried out at our Belfast or Rasharkin workshops, whichever is more convenient.

*A word on parts quality: while the temptation to use cheaper, non-genuine parts is understandable, the long-term costs often outweigh the short-term saving. We always advise on the right parts for the job — and the genuine warranty that comes with them.
